At AeroPress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the AeroPress maker and any accessories in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
